Prof. William Wagner is President of Salt and Light Global and the International Center for Ethics, Rights, and Responsibility. He holds a tenured law school professorship in Ethics and Constitutional law. He is a frequent speaker at world conferences and has published a number of articles, books, and other publications. He has represented a wide variety of faith based organizations as lead amicus counsel in various matters before the United States Supreme Court. He also authored a brief on the right to free expression of religious thought filed in the Supreme Court of Sweden. Professor Wagner further authored written testimony before the United States Congress, written evidence before the Parliament of the United Kingdom, and has testified before various state legislative bodies. Professor Wagner also, presented a speech on the fundamental rights of free expression and religious conscience at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.
